New Extended Service Plan for Grabner Instruments

PSSC announces it’s new EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN for Grabner Instruments (Servicing Grabner Minivap VPS, VPSH, LVR, LPG.) Simple pricing and designed to build customer confidence in our service and repair department. All instruments that we currently service are eligible, regardless of age.

Goldstar Priority Calibration Service

We will calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on your Grabner Vapor Pressure Tester and return it to you in 1-2 days.

How it works:
Call or go on-line to our website and request a return authorization number (RA#) for the priority service. Upon arrival at our facility, your Grabner Instrument will be cleaned, calibrated and minor repairs fixed in 1 to 2 days. If there are any major repairs needed in addition to the calibration service, we will call you immediately before any repair work is started.

Cost: $100 additional to Service Charge

Full Calibration Service
Includes :
Changing of all o-rings in addition to the cell leak test. The instrument is also calibrated for temperature and pressure per ASTM D 5191. Verify linearization of Pressure Transducer over the entire temperature range and update if necessary. Includes complete disassembly of tester for proper cleaning of oil, dirt and grime, and other contaminants that are a major cause of instrument malfunctions.

Cost: $395

6-Month ASTM Calibration & Verification Service
Includes :
Calibration for temperature and pressure per ASTM D 5191. No cell leak test or o-rings are changed. Includes complete disassembly of tester for proper cleaning of oil, dirt and grime, and other contaminants that are a major cause of instrument malfunctions. This service can be requested between your yearly full service calibrations.

Cost: $295

Grabner V/L Calibration Service

PSSC also calibrates Grabner Vapor-Liquid Ratio (V/L) Testers according to ASTM D 5188 - 04a. We offer full service as well as 6 month ASTM service on these testers.

• Full Service V/L Calibration: Cost: $395
• 6 Month ASTM V/L Calibration: Cost: $295

PSSC will make every effort to repair your Grabner Instrument in a timely and professional manner. To save you money, we will try to repair most problems rather than just replacing parts.
