SETAFLASH Series 3: A range of portable
self-contained flash point testers for CLOSED or OPEN
CUP tests. A positive test of critical flash
point, using the temperature equilibrium method, is
provided in one minute in sub-zero and low temperature
models or two minutes in the high temperature models,
using samples of only 2 or 4mL respectively. The
test flame runs from mains gas or an LP gas tank. This
together with the capability of being powered from
a voltage inverter to make the Setaflash Tester portable
and suitable for field operation.
